Dr. Borgan received his dental degree from the University of Jordan in 1994, which was shortly followed by a Master’s in orthodontics from Cairo University and a fellowship from the Royal College of Surgeons in Edinburgh, UK.

He is the principal orthodontist and CEO of Bright Dental Care in Amman, Jordan.

Dr. Borgan is the Founder and CEO of Borgan International Academy in the UK, Which is an advanced educational institute in the field of Orthodontics that provides education all over the globe.

In 2023 the academy launched the Damon Ultima 1 year Programme, the only programme of its kind worldwide. Dr. Borgan built this programme embracing the philosophy of aesthetically oriented diagnosis and treatment. The programme has been a great success, where 40 doctors from all over the world joined it. A new cohort will start in October 2024.

In the academic year 2023-2024 Dr. Borgan lectured at 20 different Turkish universities to share with Orthodontic Department staff and PhD students the advanced principle of Passive Self-ligating system, specifically The Damon Ultima System.

Dr.Borgan is a key opinion leader in the region of EMEAI (Europe, Middle East, Africa & India) for Ormco.


Dr.Borgan loves to share his passion towards creating beautiful smiles and faces, he believes that using the most advanced technology in diagnosis and treatment can produce beautiful smiles without removing teeth or major surgeries.
