Cancellation Policy:

1. Global Education Development Center May at any point of time and without previous intimation to the attendees: reschedule, postpone or cancel any scheduled course or event for any reason and will inform participants thru circulars, emails, text messages, phone calls or back publishing on it’s website, and will not be responsible for any compensation whatsoever to participants for the loss of any paid fees by the attendees related to the canceled event including and not limited to hotel reservations, expenses, air fares, non refundable bookings, and any losses whatsoever caused to the participants by the rescheduling, postponement or cancellation of the event.

2. In case of events’ cancelation by Global Education Development Centre for any reason “excluding Force Majure and Hardship reasons”, participants will be eligible for full refund of paid fees to Global Education Development Center in the shape of Credit Balance that can be used by participants to book future courses organized by Global Education Development Centre, and any cash refunds based on the above mentioned cancelation is only subject to the approval of Global Education Development Centre based on it’s sole assessment and discretion.

3. Participants can cancel thier booking for any course or event by giving Global Education Development Centre a notice no later than one month before the date of the event. Participants are eligible for 80% refund of course fees based on meeting the notice period term stated above while the remaining 20% of the course fee may be deducted for administrative expenses and any waiver of the same can be done only by Global Education Development Centre based on their own assessment and sole discretion.

4. No refund will be offered for any cancellation by the participant if the cancellation happened within one month from the course date, or in the case of No-Show, for any reason. Global Education Development Centre on it's own sole discretion may offer the participant the possibility to avail credit balance for the paid amount to utilise in booking future courses organised by Global Education Development Centre.

5. For courses or events organized by third party and booked by Global Education Development Centre, the cancelation and refund policy is subject to the organizing party of the event and needs to be checked with them and Global Education Development Centre holds no responsibility for any refund of course fees or any whatsoever associated loss “direct or indirect” caused to the participants or organizers by the cancelation or postponement of the course/ event.

Force Majeure and Hardship:

1. Upon the occurrence of any Force Majeure Event (war, natural disasters, pandemic, lockdown, strikes, etc..) or any out of control prevailing circumstances, restrictions, laws and rules enforced by the government or related authorities; Global Education Development Centre shall be excused from performance and reserve the right to cancel any scheduled events due to above reasons and shall not be in any obligation for the refund of registration fees - partial or full.
2. Global Education Development Centre may at it's own discretion offer credit balance for the paid amount for participation in future events (including postponed courses or newly scheduled events) based on the availability of seats in the selected course. Credit balance to be used within the period of 12 months from the date of the awarded credit balance against the cancelled event.
